1. Terms of buying the paid checks

  1. Users must be 16 or over to access this site for purchasing a check.To purchase a premium check, follow these steps:                                                First, Start by generating a free search. Then, choose the premium check option.
  2. During the payment process, you’ll be prompted to provide your email address, first name, and last name.
  3. Once payment is completed, we will verify the vehicle registration number and process the charge.
  4. After successfully receiving data from our supplier: a). You’ll be directed to a report. b). An email containing a link to access the report will be sent to you. c) In that email you will also receive a pdf file of the full report.
  5.  The report will remain accessible for 10 days. After 10 days, the report, along with your name and email address, will be deleted.
  6. Delays caused by factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.
  7. In case there’s a delay due to data supply from our trusted third-party sources, we’ll notify you via email promptly.
  8. If you provide an incorrect email address during payment, no email delivery can be guaranteed, and we won’t be held liable for any data loss. You’ll still be charged.
  9. Payments made in error, such as purchasing a vehicle report twice for the same registration number, cannot be refunded.

You explicitly agree that A K Europa It Ltd assumes no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the submission of erroneous or incomplete information.
